Sunny Isles is nicknamed “Little Moscow” and is bounded by
the Atlantic Ocean on the east and on the west by Intracoastal Waterway. It is
located on a barrier island on northeast Miami-Dade County. Collins Avenue if
the main street through the city and the lifeline of Sunny Isles.
Winston Towers
Winston Towers is a community in Sunny Isles Beach and
features condos with city and ocean views, gym, spa, courtesy bus, a community
pool and tennis courts. The towers are located across the street from Sunny
Isles Beach Park and is just minutes away from South Beach.
Atlantic Island
Atlantic Island is an elite South Florida residential
neighbourhood in Sunny Isles. There are waterfront homes mostly suitable for
single-families with water views. There are 57 single-family homes in the
community and the homes are fitted with amenities such as maid’s room, marble
floors, high ceilings, gourmet kitchens, fresco ceilings and hand-crafted onyx
fireplaces.
Golden Shores
Golden Shores consists of high-rise condominiums and is
located 1.8 miles from the Intracoastal Waterways. The community is also known
as Ocean Boulevard Estates and consists of over 200 Mediterranean style single
family homes.
Jade Beach
Jade Beach is a luxury oceanfront condominium located at
17001 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles. Jade Beach is 51 stories high with one,
two, three and four bedroom condos. The condos feature amenities such as
walk-in closets, infinity-edge whirlpools, high end appliances, stainless steel
backsplashes, laundry rooms, European kitchens, granite countertops and
floor-to-ceiling window walls.
Ocean Four
The community of Ocean Four is located in the heart of Sunny
