Brickell is a dense, high-rise suburban community with many
classy, luxury apartment towers and condominiums. Brickell city has been called
many names – it is known as the “Manhattan of the South” and the heart of Miami
City. Brickell city is a modern urban metropolis where persons live, work and
play 24/7. Brickell is also the major financial district of South Florida and

shopping areas. Mary Brickell Village is designed in a French style and is a
major attraction for entertainment and social gatherings. The village has a
wide range of shopping stores: specialty cigar stores, barber, shop, local
fashion boutiques, shoe repair shop, high-end jewellery store and a full-day
Spa.
Leisure and Recreation
The Brickell community is not short on the facilities that
cater to a family picnic or a walk in a lush beautiful park. Even though it a
big city with banks and high-rise buildings all around, the city is still

Wainwright Park, Brickell Park and Miami Circle. The Mary Brickell Village is
the major attraction in the city of Brickell. As it relates to the nightlife of
Brickell city has countless options with many pubs, bars, clubs and lounges.
The area of Brickell which is located in Downtown Miami is also well known for
arts and culture – which is becoming more and more popular in the area.
Brickell City is divided into West and South Brickell. The
West Brickell area is made up of low to mid-rise apartment buildings while the
South Brickell area is comprised of the single-family homes and the high-rise
residential towers. The community is filled with restaurants, schools, shopping
areas, recreational areas and office buildings. Brickell can be considered as
one of the ideal cities to live and raise a family. Transportation is Brickell
City is easiest by foot however the city is served by the Miami Metrorail,
Metromover and Metrobus. Taxis are also an option in the city and can be
stopped on the street or called via telephone. Brickell City is a beautiful
community with a wide variety of activities and opportunities to offer to its
residents and visitors.
