Coconut Grove is a Bayside Village in the neighbourhood of
Miami, known to the locals as “The Grove” and is one of the most family
friendly neighbourhoods in Miami.

can take out your own boat or rent a boat for a day. The city comes alive on
weekends and nights with persons wanting to explore everything that the city
has to offer, however it still manages to maintain a tranquil lifestyle.
The Beaches
You can make a visit to beaches around Coconut Grove to soak
up some sun and fun all year long. Coconut Grove is the mainland and so most
beaches are a few miles away but this is no deterrent as a long drive through
South Florida is something to definitely experience. Key Biscayne is not very
far from the Grove and is one of the most beautiful beaches in Miami. There are
many other beach options to choose from as we all know Miami is known for its
pristine, beautiful white sand beaches.

$8,900,000. City-data.com reports that the average estimated value of
townhouses in 2010 was $286,466 and the median rent in 2011 was $1,164 per
month.
The city has a few luxurious beautiful hotels to add to its
value such as the Residence Inn by Marriott, The Mutiny Hotel, Sonesta Coconut
Grove and The Ritz-Carlton.
